You''ll work alongside experienced Service Delivery Managers, supporting a portfolio of customers while developing the skills needed to progress into an SDM role What you''ll be doing: You''ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of managed services, including: Producing SLA and service performance reportsPreparing for customer service review meetingsMonitoring ticket queues and service levelsCoordinating incidents, problems and change requestsWorking with technical teams to keep customers informedFollowing up on actions and helping to drive service improvements What we''re looking for: You''ll ideally have: Experience working for an MSPA good understanding of Incident, Problem and Change ManagementITIL Foundation, or a good awareness of ITIL principlesStrong communication skills and confidence dealing with customersGood organisational skills and attention to detailExposure to infrastructure managed services (Servers, cloud, networking or storage) This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and wants to build a career in Service Delivery.
