      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Service Delivery Administration Manager to lead the Administration Hubs in the Midlands and South East Localities. Reporting to the Service Support Lead, the Service Delivery Administration Manager will work to ensure the Administration Hubs are delivering high-quality administrative support to Locality Impact service delivery teams.  Key responsibilities will include:  Line management of Service Delivery Administrators, including recruitment, training, support and supervision, creating a positive leadership environment Managing performance improvement Supporting process improvements and creating efficiencies within the admin hub, including key stakeholders at relevant points. Working with Service Delivery Coaches to ensure quality administrative support is provided to commissioned services.
