You ll work closely with our Complex Care Manager to support individuals with a range of challenging and complex needs, ensuring they live full, meaningful lives.What You ll Need: Minimum 2 years experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour in a supported living setting.Experience in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and managing multi-site services.Full UK Driving License, and access to your own vehicle.Proven ability to support individuals with diverse needs including:ADHDLearning DisabilitiesAutismFoetal Alcohol SyndromePersonality DisordersSensory Processing NeedsLevel 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).On-call availability as part of the role.
