Service Deilvery Manager (Repairs)

Adecco is proud to be partnering with RHP to support recruitment for their in-house repairs service. RHP own and manage 11,000 homes for social rent and shared ownership across the boroughs of Richmond, Hounslow, Kingston, Hillingdon and Spelthorne. We''re seeking a Service Delivery Manager to work closely with RHP''s managed support service partners and help shape the future of this vital function. This will include oversight of damp and mould, disrepair and complex repairs. You''ll ensure RHP delivers great outcomes for their customers and value for money while meeting regulatory and legislative requirements.
A typical day will involve promoting a "safety first" culture, ensuring the service is fit for the future and leading the transition from consultancy support to a fully self-sufficient in-house service. You''ll embed a culture of excellence, innovation and continuous improvement and ensure compliance with the housing, health and safety and statutory requirements.
You''ll have experience of delivering and managing responsive repairs in social housing and an understanding of construction, health and safety and maintenance best practice. Your experience in contract and supplier management within regulated environments and managing capital and revenue budgets with commercial awareness will be essential.
A relevant professional qualification or accreditation in housing, construction or asset management would be desirable.
