Horsforth, Leeds Head Office - office based
Salary: £30,000-£35,000
Monday-Friday, either 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm, with a 45-minute lunch break

The role:

The Service Coordinator will provide administrative coordination for the service function, handling quotes, pricing, paperwork and booking work in.

This is the more administration-focused of the two service roles and the client is relatively open on previous industry experience. The priority is finding someone with a solid administrative background who can keep service activity organised and ensure the associated paperwork and information are dealt with accurately.

Key responsibilities
- Preparing and processing customer quotes
- Supporting pricing activity
- Booking service work and appointments
- Managing service-related paperwork and administration
- Updating and maintaining information on the company''s systems
- Using Sym Pro as part of the day-to-day coordination process
- Keeping records and documentation accurate and up to date
- Coordinating information between customers, engineers and the wider service function
- Supporting the smooth administration of service jobs from booking through to completion

Experience required:
- Strong administration or coordination experience
- Confident handling paperwork, quotes and pricing information
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with systems and maintaining accurate records
- Able to manage multiple pieces of work and follow them through
