Service Coordinator Oldham Salary 25,934Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pmLooking for a role where no two days are the same?We''re seeking an organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join a busy operations team, taking ownership of scheduling, planning and coordinating engineer workloads to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. What You''ll Be Doing Scheduling and coordinating engineer visits to maximise productivity. Managing incoming service requests and prioritising work against agreed service levels. Liaising with customers, suppliers, contractors and internal teams to keep jobs moving. Monitoring ongoing works, resolving issues and ensuring deadlines are met. Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates on live jobs.
