Are you an experienced customer service professional with experience of working with service teams, looking to develop your career within an established global organisation?

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day coordination of planned maintenance and reactive repair works, ensuring engineers are efficiently scheduled and customers receive a consistently high level of service.

You''ll be working with within a fast-paced environment and supported with full on the job training on service and processes, with long-term career progression available.

The organisation operates across a specialist technical services environment and offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineering and service teams, gaining valuable exposure to scheduling, customer management, fleet coordination, procurement and operational reporting.

This position would suit somebody from a customer service background with experience of working with Engineers, looking for the next step in their career.

The Role:

• Coordinate PPM, repairs and emergency callouts
• Schedule engineers, subcontractors and customer visits
• Ongoing training & development

The Candidate:

• Service coordination, scheduling or engineering administration experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
