Due to consistent growth in all markets they operate in, the demand for their services is constantly increasing. In this role you will work within a team of Helpdesk Administrators, liaising directly with customers and scheduling engineers and dealing with any issues. You''ll be provided with full training on products and systems, and be provided on-going training and development going forward. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, good customer service skills as well as previous experience scheduling/routing engineers/technicians. Candidates must be commutable to Milton Keynes.
