      <description>Location: Coventry | Salary: 31000.00-31000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Due to requirement for maternity cover, we are looking for support to assist in the planning of engineer schedules. This role could go from temporary to permanent due to increasing workload.9 Month FTC - ASAP STARTThe Role: Planning forthcoming service schedules so that engineers are working as efficiently as possible Liaising with customers Coordinating the field engineers weekly/daily schedules Working alongside the Service Administration Manager Contacting customers to confirm service visits and re-arrange when necessary Working in conjunction with the rest of the Coventry based Service Department, Stores and Sales to ensure that engineer''s workload is organised effectively. Other Service Department administration duties as may be necessaryWe invite applications from candidates with excellent organisational and communication skills, who can demonstrate an ability to analyse information and plan working schedules effectively.
