This role could go from temporary to permanent due to increasing workload.9 Month FTC - ASAP STARTThe Role: Planning forthcoming service schedules so that engineers are working as efficiently as possible Liaising with customers Coordinating the field engineers weekly/daily schedules Working alongside the Service Administration Manager Contacting customers to confirm service visits and re-arrange when necessary Working in conjunction with the rest of the Coventry based Service Department, Stores and Sales to ensure that engineer''s workload is organised effectively.
