This role with be based in their Head Office and will involve working within Residential groundworks Sector. Service Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities Receive, record and coordinate plant, vehicle and equipment breakdowns, repairs, servicing and maintenance requests, prioritising work according to operational and Health & Safety requirements. Assist with forward planning and coordination of fitter and fabricator workloads, balancing planned maintenance with urgent and ad-hoc requirements and ensuring required parts, stock and equipment are available. Monitor outstanding repairs and maintenance activities, following up actions and providing updates to relevant stakeholders to minimise equipment downtime. Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and service providers to arrange repairs, servicing, inspections and the supply of parts and materials.
