The successful candidate will play an important role in coordinating service activities, supporting field engineers, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming customer requests and enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate and schedule maintenance visits, reactive callouts, follow-up appointments, commissioning tasks, and additional service work. Plan and organise engineer schedules to ensure efficient use of resources. Maintain accurate service records, including updating job information within internal systems. Coordinate the availability of spare parts and equipment required for scheduled service work and repairs. Support engineers with operational requirements and coordination tasks.
