Service Coordinator Witham to Air Compressor Supplier in Witham are currently looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join their teamIf you have experience in service coordination, engineering administration, customer service or a similar role, get in touch!This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy Service Department, coordinating engineers, supporting customers and ensuring our service operations run efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesService Coordination and AdministrationSchedule maintenance, breakdowns, repairs and installations.Coordinate engineer diaries and allocate service jobs.Manage Outlook calendars and improve daily workloads.Respond to customer breakdown calls and service enquiries.Maintain accurate CRM records and service documentation.Process service job sheets and customer purchase orders.Customer Service and Sales SupportAct as the first point of contact for service enquiries.Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication.Prepare and follow up quotations for repairs, servicing and spare parts.Support the Service Manager with departmental targets and growth opportunities.Keep customers informed of job progress and completion timescales.Sage 200, Invoicing and Stock CoordinationInput service orders and customer purchase orders into Sage 200.Produce invoices promptly following completed work.Raise purchase orders and process supplier documentation.Coordinate spare parts ordering and prepare picking ..... full job details .....
