We are delighted to be working with a fast-growing equipment supplier, who are looking to expand their busy Service team with the addition of a Service Coordinator.
Based at their Cranleigh depot, this is a great opportunity for someone with coordination or administration experience who''s eager to learn - or for an experienced Coordinator looking for a new challenge in a thriving business. Own transport is essential due to location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming calls and emails from new and existing customers
- Handling hire and service requests, raising jobs and providing quotations
- Scheduling Engineers'' workloads within agreed service level targets, including urgent callouts
- Ensuring Engineers are fully equipped with the correct parts and ordering from suppliers as needed
- Reviewing and preparing job sheets for invoicing
- Supporting with general administrative and office duties
What We''re Looking For:
- Experience in scheduling or coordinating Engineers (or a similar environment)
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office packages, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
- A team player who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced setting
What''s On Offer:
- Salary: £27,000-£30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm (30-minute lunch break)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)
