Service Coordinator
Service Coordinator Our client, a well-established business within the construction sector offers a varied opportunity for an experienced Service Co-ordinator. The hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday with a 4pm finish on a Friday.The key focus of the role is to be the first point of contact for aftersales service support for UK customers and for training centre enquiries. The suitable candidate will have good experience of the following: -Coordinate service technicians'' daily schedulesEnsure technicians receive relevant information to complete assigned service visitsEnsure service requests are responded to in a timely manner and with appropriate solutionsActively monitor technician availability and utilise, as required, to provide efficient aftersales supportBe first point of contact for all training queries and bookingsProduce bi - weekly WIP reports and monitor themWork with technicians to make overseas travel arrangementsIn return our client offers a competitive salary (with benefits) and the opportunity to gain further experience within a vibrant and fast paced professional environment.You must have excellent communication, organisation and administration skills and be able to prioritise a high-volume workload.
