This is a busy and varied role, responsible for coordinating engineers, scheduling planned and reactive work, managing customer enquiries and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and on time. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and schedule a team of field-based engineers Manage planned and reactive service and maintenance bookings Liaise with customers regarding appointments, updates and queries Monitor engineer workloads, job progress and timesheets Raise quotations, purchase orders and service documentation Work closely with engineers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations Personal Requirement - Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Service Administrator or similar position Experience within material handling, forklifts, plant, powered access or engineering would be advantageous Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively Confident dealing with customers, engineers and internal teams Good IT and administration skills For more information, apply today ...
