Key Responsibilities - Manage customer service enquiries and service requests. Schedule engineer visits for installations, maintenance, and repairs. Coordinate engineer diaries to maximise efficiency. Maintain accurate service records and reports. Liaise with suppliers regarding spare parts and equipment. Support continuous improvement of service processes and customer satisfaction Personal Requirements - Experience in service coordination, scheduling, customer service, or administration. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
