This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, customer-focused individual to play a key role in coordinating service operations, supporting engineers and ensuring customers receive an efficient and professional service. Working closely with customers, engineers, the parts department and sales team, you will help ensure service jobs are scheduled effectively, completed efficiently and processed accurately. The role offers variety and the opportunity to develop your skills within a busy, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming service enquiries by telephone and email, arranging appointments and coordinating service visits. Schedule and allocate work to service engineers, ensuring workloads and priorities are managed effectively. Keep customers informed of job progress, anticipated completion times and work carried out. Prepare and issue customer invoices, ensuring service work is recorded accurately and processed promptly. Monitor depot parts stock and coordinate the allocation of parts to service jobs and customer sales. Liaise with the sales team to coordinate the preparation of new machinery ahead of delivery.
