      <description>Location: Whyteleafe | Salary: 30000.00-30000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a fast-paced and high-volume Engineer Scheduler position on behalf of a growing and busy company.This role would suit someone highly organised who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys juggling multiple tasks at once. You will be responsible for scheduling engineers, coordinating appointments, managing diaries and ensuring works are completed efficiently whilst delivering excellent customer service.Key responsibilities:Scheduling and coordinating engineers dailyManaging high volumes of jobsUpdating internal systems and job trackersLiaising with customers, engineers and subcontractorsHandling reactive and planned worksEnsuring SLAs and deadlines are metThe ideal candidate:Previous scheduling/planning engineers diaries experience is a MUSTComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and organisational skillsAble to prioritise workload effectivelyConfident using internal systems and Microsoft OfficeGreat opportunity to join a supportive and growing team.</description>
