Manage engineer diaries, workloads and availability. Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing a professional and proactive service. Respond quickly to urgent and reactive requirements. Continuously reschedule resources as priorities change. Coordinate site surveys, quotations and installations. Liaise with purchasing, sales, suppliers and subcontractors. Manage jobs from initial enquiry through to completion. Ensure deadlines, customer expectations and commercial requirements are met.
