This is a 6-month fixed-term role , with the possibility of extending depending on service requirements. You''ll provide important operational and administrative support during a period of workforce transition, vacancies and staff absence, helping to keep things running smoothly across the service.   What will you be doing? As a Service Coordinator , you''ll support a range of operational processes, including: Completing case file audits, file closure reviews and service activity spot checks. Maintaining audit records and following up on outstanding actions. Supporting accurate record keeping and compliance with service procedures. Monitoring incidents and safeguarding concerns, ensuring actions are followed up and recorded appropriately.
