Service Coordinator
Service Coordinator - Pudsey - Paying 30 - 40k depending on experience + Career Progression + Benefits My client a well established Manufacturer based in Leeds are looking for a Service Coordinator to add to their team. This is a key role supporting service operations, ensuring customers receive a seamless and professional experience from initial enquiry through to resolution. Responsibilities as the Service Coordinator: Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email and video Coordinate service requests, engineer schedules, and job updates Maintain accurate records of all interactions within the CRM system Prepare quotes for repairs, breakdowns and equipment upgrades Liaise with internal teams including engineering, logistics, and procurement Monitor job progress and ensure timely resolution of issues Build strong relationships with customers to support repeat business Support continuous improvement of service processes and workflows Refer to and interpret engineering drawings Prepare RAMS for site visits Assist field service engineers with technical queries and troubleshooting Experience as a Service Coordinator: Background in Mechanical Engineering (Electrical is desirable but advantagous) Strong technical administration skills with attention to detail Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Excel (Hubspot or Microsoft Dynamics) Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced ..... full job details .....
