Service Coordinator
We''re seeking an organised and motivated Service Coordinator to join a busy service team in the audio-visual technology sector. This role is all about keeping operations running smoothly, ensuring clients receive first-class support, and coordinating between engineers, suppliers, and customers. This role is on a temporary to permanent basis, with the view of starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the service ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries and technical issues.
- Schedule and coordinate remote and on-site engineers efficiently.
- Arrange spare parts, repairs, warranties, and logistics.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and third parties as needed.
- Support client review meetings and internal team updates.
