A client of ours in the Chelmsford area are recruiting a Service Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm (35 hours) and paying -35,000 - -45,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Schedule and dispatch engineers
- Quoting for remedial work
- Reviewing job sheets
- Liaising with clients
- Maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Please note that you may be required out-of-hours in case an emergency arises.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Service Coordinator position:
- Experience within organising a maintenance/service department
- Good Geographical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Manufacturing and production industry experience desirable
- Strong organisational skills
