A client of ours in the Chelmsford area are recruiting a Service Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm (35 hours) and paying -35,000 - -45,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for service requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Schedule and dispatch engineers
  • Quoting for remedial work
  • Reviewing job sheets
  • Liaising with clients
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Please note that you may be required out-of-hours in case an emergency arises.


Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Service Coordinator position:

  • Experience within organising a maintenance/service department
  • Good Geographical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Manufacturing and production industry experience desirable
  • Strong organisational skills
