Job Title: Service Coordinator
Location: Epsom, Surrey
Salary: £30,000 - £35,0000 Full Time Permanent position
Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm Monday – Thursday and 5pm Friday - 37 hours (flexible)

My client services industrial equipment across the UK. They are looking to expand the team. A permanent position working Monday – Friday, with a flexible start/finish time, with a pay rate circa £30-35,000 depending on experience.
Duties and responsibilities as a Service Coordinator:
- Schedule Service Engineers and prioritise work based on customer needs.
- Manage customer enquiries, providing timely responses and accurate information.
- Maintain effective communication with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Accurately use company systems for spare parts, documentation, and filing.
- Oversee receipt, storage, and despatch of parts, including export/import paperwork.
- Proactively sell spare parts and follow up on non-responses from customers.
- Provide administrative and scheduling cover for the After Sales Manager when required.
- Support team members during holidays or absences and escalate issues as needed.
- Monitor and contribute to sales and engineering performance targets.
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met, including RAMS and office safety checks (training provided)
This role is commutable from the following locations; Woking, Epsom, Redhill, Mitcham, Croydon, Chessington and many more
