Our client, an established heating maintenance and service company, is currently recruiting a Service Coordinator to join their administration team. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for liaising with customers and engineers to arrange maintenance and service appointments.
Responsibilities for the Service Coordinator
- Handling inbound and outbound customer queries in relation to heating issues and booking appointments for engineers for reactive works,
- Speaking to customers and engineers via telephony and email
- Efficiently arranging appointments for engineers, considering travel time, engineer skill/authorisation levels and customer demand.
- Responding to general customer enquiries according to the requirements of customer contracts
Key Skills & Experience for the Service Coordinator
- Up to 1-2 years of experience in Coordination/Scheduling - desirable but not essential
- Excellent Customer Care skills
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and spoken communication
