Service Controller required for Successful Automotive Prestige Independent Service Centre in the Croydon area.
 
Our Client is seeking a Service Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Duties:

- Manage and coordinate the daily activities within the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, advising on service needs and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Work closely with technicians to monitor job progress, ensuring all work is completed on time and to the highest quality.

Requirements:

- Have a previous working experience in workshop control, service advising or as a Senior Vehicle Technician/Foreman
- Strong Leadership skills
- A full and valid UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop

Hours of work for this Service Controller role are 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday (Includes Breaks).

The Salary being offered up to £38,000 with OTE £40,000.
