You will be responsible for coordinating service engineers, scheduling repairs and maintenance, and ensuring customers receive an excellent level of service. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate field service engineers. Allocate breakdowns, servicing and repair jobs. Manage customer enquiries and provide updates. Monitor workloads and engineer availability. Raise job cards and maintain service records. Liaise with engineers, customers and parts departments. Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time. Requirements Previous experience in a Service Controller, Service Coordinator or similar role. Background in plant, construction, agricultural or HGV machinery preferred. Strong organisational and communication skills. Good IT skills and ability to work in a busy environment.
