Service Controller

I am recruiting for a Service Controller to join a leading Construction company.You will be responsible for coordinating service engineers, scheduling repairs and maintenance, and ensuring customers receive an excellent level of service.Salary and Benefits 36,000 basic salary, increasing after probation.42.5-hour working week.Monday to Friday.Permanent position with an established manufacturer.Career development opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate field service engineers.Allocate breakdowns, servicing and repair jobs.Manage customer enquiries and provide updates.Monitor workloads and engineer availability.Raise job cards and maintain service records.Liaise with engineers, customers and parts departments.Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time.RequirementsPrevious experience in a Service Controller, Service Coordinator or similar role.Background in plant, construction, agricultural or HGV machinery preferred.Strong organisational and communication skills.Good IT skills and ability to work in a busy environment.If you are interested in this Service Controller role, please apply with your upto date CV or give Scarlett a call on (phone number removed). ..... full job details .....
