Your key responsibilities will include:Hire Enquiries: Handling hire enquiries via telephone, email, and our online ordering system.Customer Service: Dealing with calls from customers and arranging for engineers to attend breakdowns.Job Card Management: Updating job cards on the internal database and allocating jobs to engineers.Machine Availability: Checking the availability of machines and ensuring their statuses are always up-to-date on our systems.Coordination: Coordinating with the engineering and transport teams to ensure the correct machines are ready and delivered to customer sites.Communication: Communicating effectively with colleagues and providing a helpful and friendly point of contact for depot enquiries.Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate for this Service Controller role will have:Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Plant, Powered Access, Tool, or Material Handling industries.Computer Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft packages and general computer ..... full job details .....
