Duties:

• Managing reactive and scheduled maintenance to ensure fleet efficiency and minimal downtime
• Handling breakdown requests, organising repairs, and prioritising workload
• Processing service requests and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with engineers, suppliers, and customers to coordinate activities effectively
• Updating and managing fleet activity records within internal systems
• Ensuring vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and ready for use at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive or fleet management, with prior experience as a Service Controller preferred
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Familiarity with fleet management systems is highly desirable
• Proactive attitude with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
