Service ControllerRaundsHours - Monday to Friday full timeSalary - circa £28kOur client based near Raunds is recruiting a Service Controller on a permanent basis to work in their friendly and busy Service Team. The successful candidate will be tasked with the scheduling and management of engineer activities to optimise productivity on a daily basis. In addition, you will be tasked with completing administrative duties within the relevant timescales to comply with customer contracts. This role requires high levels of customer service skills both internally and externally. KEY TASKSTo take ownership and accountability of Engineers'' daily activity - to schedule engineer workload to comply with customer contracts.Forward plan resource allocation to consider sickness, training, holiday and maintenance checks for equipment.To ensure high levels of customer services with both internal and external customer and maintain effective communication linesTo action and resolve customer issues as they may arise and identify processes for corrective actionTo support the business in achieving and surpassing revenue opportunitiesEmploy effective people management skills to manage engineers to ensure motivation and high performance from all team membersCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSExcellent communication skillsExcellent organisation skillsPeople management skillsComputer literateEffective time management skillsMobile workforce management/scheduling experienceREMUNERATIONCompetitive salary20 days ..... full job details .....
