The Role The Service & Completion Coordinator will coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and project close-out activities. Working with Estimating, Operations and Contracts, you will help build PPM proposals alongside fit-out quotations before projects commence, then take ownership of delivering the agreed maintenance programme and driving projects from Practical Completion (PC) to Final Completion (FC).
