They provide a full range of services including installation, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of CCTV systems.The RoleAs a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the engineering team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:Scheduling planned maintenance/ repair visits for engineersAnswering inbound calls from clients and providing excellent customer serviceRaising and scheduling jobs efficientlyCoordinating engineers for site attendanceRaising job ordersGeneral administrative dutiesHandling incoming calls and queriesSupporting with ad hoc stock room tasksSalary and BenefitsBasic salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)Working hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to ThursdayExcellent work-life balance with a long weekend every weekRequirementsMust live within a commutable distance of Bognor Regis Previous experience as a Service Coordinator.
