Service Co-ordinator

Service Co-ordinator required for Successful Automotive workshop in the Keighley area.
 
Our Client is seeking an individual who has a working experience as a Service Advisor / Workshop Controller to join their busy service department as a Service Co-ordinator.

Duties:

- To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently
- Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate
- Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out
- Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation
- Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements
- Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times
- Act as liaison between the front desk and the workshop

Requirements:

- Have a previous working experience within a Service Advisor or Workshop Controller role
- Strong Leadership skills
- A full and valid UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop

Hours of work for this Service Co-ordinator role are Monday - Friday hours 08:00-17:30

The Salary being offered up to £35000 with OTE £38000.
