The duties of a Service Co-Ordinator:-
- Scheduling maintenance visits-
- Liaising with customers and engineers-
- Booking visits in for engineers-
- Managing and scheduling sub contractors-
- Raising orders-
- Maintaining the database
- Ad hoc admin duties-
The ideal candidate must:-
- Have experience working in an extremely busy and fast paced environment-
- Good IT skills-
- Good customer service skills-
