This leadership role ensures compliance, accuracy, transparency, and high customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement and managing a customer-facing team. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage annual service charge budgets, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Issue annual rent and service charge notifications in line with regulatory requirements and best practice. Provide clear breakdowns of charges with transparent explanations of cost changes. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation (e.g., Leasehold Reform Act, Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, Housing Acts). Oversee estate charges, utility billing, and sinking funds.
