This is a critical assignment focused on supporting the completion of the 2024/25 service charge reconciliation, ensuring accurate cost allocation, maximising recovery of balancing charges, and strengthening financial processes ahead of the next financial cycle. The Role You will play a key role in reviewing and reconciling service charge accounts, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring all costs are accurately apportioned in line with lease agreements and policy.
