As the successful candidate you will assist homeowners to sustain their lease and maximise income through the effective management of accounts. You will also: Provide an effective, proactive and resident-focused income collection service, balancing prevention, support, and recovery. Provide an objective and effective income recovery service. Sensitive to resident needs, be first and main contact for service charges.
