Service Charge Officer / Analyst About the organisation The organisation is a well-established housing association based in London, providing homes and strong customer services to their local community. They are looking for a hands-on candidate to join the service charge team and support activity during a busy period. The Role An initial 3-month interim role focused on completing the 2025/26 service charge actuals and reconciliations, with the potential to extend for the right person and support the 2026/27 cycle. Key responsibilities Complete 2025/26 service charge reconciliations accurately and efficiently Work with accruals, prepayments and service charge data Investigate queries and follow up with relevant teams to get the information needed Help embed good processes and best practice across service charge accounting Build strong relationships with colleagues and confidently get things moving About you Some experience of service charge accounting and reconciliations within housing Confident working with accruals, prepayments and financial data Strong Excel skills, with the ability to understand and summarise data Hands on person with initiative who doesn''t need constant direction Accurate, organised and confident dealing with a range of stakeholders This role is an urgent requirement for the organisation so if you have the right experience, get in touch to learn more. ..... full job details .....
