Ideally, they will have experience in service charge accounting and legislation or demonstrate the ability to quickly develop into a subject matter expert in this specialist area. About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join PCH at a pivotal time to lead and shape the operational delivery of a high-profile service charge function, delivering a timely, accurate, compliant and resident-focused service across various tenures. As PCH continues to grow and prepares for leasehold reforms during 2027, you will play a crucial role in delivering the function''s strategic direction, lead and develop a high-performing team, strengthen systems and controls, and work across the organisation to improve transparency, value for money and outcomes for residents.
