This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced service charge professional to play a key role in the year-end accounts process, service charge reconciliation, customer query resolution and annual rent and service charge setting.The successful candidate will work closely with finance, housing and operational teams to ensure service charges are set accurately, remain compliant with legislation, and maximise cost recovery across a varied portfolio including shared ownership, leasehold and private homeowner properties.Service Charge Analyst - Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare and reconcile annual service charge budgets, estimates and year-end accounts, ensuring full compliance with legislation, regulations and lease requirementsLead on annual rent and service charge reviews, including issuing statutory notices within required timescalesCalculate and review service charges across a mixed-tenure portfolio including leaseholders, shared owners, tenants and homeownersInvestigate service charge variances, analyse large data sets and provide meaningful insight to support decision-makingReview managing agent accounts, invoices and statements, ensuring costs are accurate and fully recoverableSupport external and ..... full job details .....
