You will take ownership of service charge structures, ensuring accurate cost recovery and value for money for customers. Key Responsibilities:Service Charge Administration: Prepare accurate estimates and actuals statements across fixed and variable tenures, ensuring strict legislative and lease compliance. Financial Control: Administer sinking funds, review apportionment methodologies, and prepare robust audit files for external auditors. Scrutiny and Analysis: Review external management company estimates and invoices, investigate budget variances, and produce regular financial KPIs. Collaboration: Partner with Asset Management, Development, and Housing teams to identify rechargeable costs, support dispute resolutions, and assist with Section 20 consultations.
