WR58321A highly regarded independent property company in Edgware is looking for a skilled Service Charge Accountant to support their established Property Management department.You''ll play a key role in managing service charge finances across a substantial portfolio, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery.What You\''ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

Prepare service charge income and expenditure reportsAssist in budgeting for managed propertiesEnsure accuracy and timeliness of financial reportingDeliver high levels of service to clients and stakeholdersMaintain and update property accounts using Excel and Qube (preferred)What We\''re Looking For (Skills and Experience)

Significant experience in service charge accountingStrong knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and relevant legislationProficient in Excel; Qube experience preferredExcellent customer service and communication skillsHighly organised, able to prioritise and meet deadlinesProfessional, detail-oriented, and a confident team playerWillingness to stay up to date with industry changesWhat\''s In It For You?
