to join a close-knit, supportive team in a role that offers both responsibility and clear career growth.The Role:As a Service Charge Accountant, you''ll play a key role in the financial management of a diverse residential portfolio. You will be responsible for the preparation and reconciliation of service charge accounts, while collaborating closely with property managers and clients to ensure transparency and accuracy in all financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of annual service charge budgets and reconciliationsVariance analysis and reporting to property managers and clientsManaging client bank accounts and maintaining audit trailsLiaising with auditors to complete year-end service charge accountsEnsuring compliance with RICS and ARMA guidelinesSupporting the implementation of best practices in service charge accountingAbout You:

Strong experience in residential

service charge accountingProficient user of

QUBE

property management software (essential)Either

qualified by experience (QBE)

or currently studying / looking to study
