You will be needed to work onsite in London 2 times per week. The Service Charge Accountant will be responsible for managing and reconciling service charge accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with auditors, property management teams, and various other stakeholders to deliver precise financial reporting and support our clients in achieving operational excellence. Experience required: Minimum of 5 years'' experience in Residential Service Charges. Experience working with external auditors and handling detailed audit inquiries.
