This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in property accounting, specifically service charge accounting, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple stakeholder interactions effectively.Day-to-day of the role:Prepare accruals, prepayments, and trial balances.Prepare annual leasehold and company accounts in accordance with ACCA and ICAEW guidelines.Liaise with external accountants and auditors during audit processes.Regularly communicate with clients and internal property management teams.Allocate costs and resolve financial queries.Manage year-end surplus/deficit adjustments to leaseholder accounts.Conduct bank reconciliations.Issue service charge and ground rent demands.Monitor accounts payable/receivable, including supplier invoices and incoming payments.Manage unpaid supplier invoices due to insufficient funds.Support credit control with arrears chasing.Prepare draft budgets, including 10-year plans, and process approved budgets.Process supplier invoices.Required Skil...
