You''ll own the full cycle, from budgets and expenditure monitoring through to reconciliations and year-end accounts. You''ll work closely with property managers, clients and contractors to keep financial control clear and transparent. Key responsibilities Prepare and manage service charge budgets and forecasts across a mixed portfolio Produce regular financial reports and reconciliations Prepare year-end service charge accounts and supporting schedules Post and monitor service charge income and expenditure, making sure invoicing and recovery are on time Reconcile supplier invoices and process creditor payments Investigate and resolve differences between budgeted and actual spend Act as the go-to contact for property managers, clients, contractors and suppliers on charges and queries Keep accurate records and supporting documents to audit standard Support audit preparation and respond to auditor queries Help improve processes to strengthen financial controls and efficiency ...
