During busy periods, everyone pulls in the same direction, supports one another and takes shared responsibility for delivering a high-quality service.The roleYou will be responsible for managing a portfolio of service charge accounts and ensuring accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing service charge accounts and year-end reconciliationsProducing budgets and monitoring expenditure against forecastReviewing income, expenditure and reserve fund movementsInvestigating and resolving service charge queriesLiaising with property managers, clients, auditors and other stakeholdersEnsuring accounts are completed accurately and within agreed deadlinesSupporting the wider team during peak periodsIdentifying opportunities to improve processes and ..... full job details .....
