Working closely with Property Managers and wider stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial information and ensuring service charge accounts are maintained to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with the preparation, review, and management of annual service charge budgets.Preparing year-end service charge accounts and expenditure reconciliations.Completing bank, supplier, and balance sheet reconciliations.Monitoring service charge arrears and supporting debt recovery processes.Producing monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analysis.Acting as a key point of contact for leaseholders, clients, and auditors regarding financial queries.About YouPrevious experience within a Service Charge Accountant position.A strong understanding ..... full job details .....
