The successful candidate will need to come from a similar background, overseen a team of technicians, and have a background within service maintenance. This position will be fully based on site in Elstree. Salary - -40-45k depending on experience Monday - Friday Some of the duties will include: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the service centre, ensuring the efficient delivery of services and making operational decisions where appropriate. Manage and prioritise service workloads, including inspection, repair, and refurbishment activities, to meet customer and business requirements. Coordinate the refurbishment programme, ensuring quality standards are met, repair costs are controlled, and products are prepared for resale where applicable. Work closely with technical support teams to investigate and resolve product or equipment issues.
